ARGENTINE EXPERIENCE DINNER & WINE

A playful culinary feast of local Argentine traditions: taste 10 dishes that showcase the Iguazú and the country’s rich flavors, sip on perfectly paired wines, and share a lively evening around a communal chef’s table. More than dinner, it’s a celebration of Argentine culture. The evening begins with a cocktail class, the perfect way to break the ice and set the tone for a playful journey through Argentina. Next, we’ll get hands-on as we shape our own empanada with the traditional repulgue fold—lighthearted, fun, and a direct connection to Argentina’s food culture. From there, the feast begins with a classic Argentine picada, followed by a series of local favorites: chorizo with a cider reduction, morcilla prepared in a unique and creative way, gooey provoleta, and juicy smoked chicken. Each plate is paired with one of three carefully selected Argentine wines, showcasing the country’s best flavors. The centerpiece of the night is a generous Argentine steak, served with a colorful variety of local seasonal vegetables—a true celebration of the country’s beef tradition. To finish, dessert is both ritual and surprise: we’ll share the traditional mate experience paired with handmade alfajores, along with a unique sweet creation for the perfect last bite. This isn’t just dinner: it’s an evening of food, wine, and connection, designed to let you taste, learn, and celebrate Argentina in the most delicious way. Welcome: shake, stir, and sip your own Argentine wine cocktail in this interactive class. Cocktail paired with trout tartar and chipa.
Hands on time: learn to craft Argentina’s iconic empanadas by hand, just like locals do. A taste of home: chorizo sausage, black sausage roll, smoked chicken, melted provolone. Beef time: tenderloin, banquet of seasonal vegetables gaucho style. Mystery dessert: dulce de leche mousse with berries. Mate class: yerba mate class & alfajores with dulce de leche class.
